The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, African Integration and Togolese Abroad hereby informs all Togolese citizens residing abroad that the mandate of the country delegates, of the High Council of Togolese Abroad, elected and installed in November 2022 is extended by one year, effective 23 November 2025.
