The African Development Bank (AfDB) launched the first index on Africa Visa Openess, showing how Africa remains largely closed to African travellers slowing the economic development . On average, Africans need a visa to go to 55% of other African countries but Togo is among the top 10 most open countries where either no visa is required or can be issued on arrival.
