In addition to the Togolese government initiatives, the FOSED (Socioeconomic Forum of the Diaspora), a Pan-African platform for the promotion and valorisation of the contributions of the Diaspora, will organise a Forum in Lomé from the 27 to 31 July 2016.
The aim is to find innovative ideas to leverage the expertise of its citizens living outside Togo to help develop the country.
